Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Univercycle-ebike. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Costs & Destinations

Free Shipping: We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all e-bike orders delivered to European Union member states.

*Please note: While standard EU shipping is free, deliveries to certain remote areas or islands may incur additional shipping surcharges. If this applies to your shipping address, our team will contact you to confirm before processing your order. We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

2. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

3. Delivery Estimates & Carriers

Standard transit time is 3-7 business days. We partner with major, reliable carriers such as DHL and FedEx to ensure your e-bike arrives safely.

*Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, carrier facility issues).

4. Customs, Duties and Taxes

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): For all orders within the EU, VAT and customs duties are included in the final price at checkout. There are no hidden fees upon delivery. What you pay at checkout is the final amount.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Damages During Shipping (Important)

E-bikes are large and heavy items. While we pack them securely, damages can occasionally happen during transit. Please inspect the packaging carefully upon delivery.

If you notice any visible damage to the outer box, you must write "Damaged" on the courier's delivery receipt before signing for it. If the product inside is damaged, please take clear photos or videos of both the damaged packaging and the e-bike, and contact us at tspmcn5@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will assist you with replacing parts or filing a claim.
