Return & Refund Policy

At Univercycle-ebike, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and our requirements.

1. Return Window & Eligibility

You have 14 days from the date you receive your e-bike to request a return.

To be eligible for a general return (non-quality issues), the item must be unopened, completely unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories included.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Because e-bikes are large, high-value items, we do NOT accept returns or provide refunds for items that have been opened, assembled, or used in any way (unless there is a manufacturing defect). Please make sure you are certain about your purchase before opening the box.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Quality Issues (Defective/Damaged): If your e-bike arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately with photos/videos. We will cover the return shipping costs or send replacement parts at our expense.
  • Non-Quality Issues (Buyer's Remorse/Wrong Choice): If you wish to return an eligible (unopened and unused) item for personal reasons, the customer is 100% responsible for all return shipping costs. As e-bikes are heavy, please be aware that return freight can be expensive.

4. Restocking Fees

Good news! As long as your returned item meets our eligibility criteria (unopened and unused), we do not charge any restocking fees or depreciation fees.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received at our warehouse and inspected to ensure it is in unopened/original condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal) within 7 business days.
