Installment Payment Policy

At Univercycle-ebike, we believe that getting your dream e-bike should be easy and affordable. That’s why we have partnered with trusted financial providers to offer flexible Installment Payment options, allowing you to "Buy Now and Pay Later."

1. Available Payment Partners

During checkout, depending on your shipping country within the EU, you may see options such as:

  • Klarna: Pay in 30 days or slice your payment into 3 or 4 interest-free installments.
  • PayPal Pay in 3: Split your purchase into 3 interest-free payments.

*Please note: The exact installment options available to you will be displayed at checkout and depend on your location and the total order amount.

2. How It Works

  • Step 1: Add your desired e-bike to the cart and proceed to checkout.
  • Step 2: Select your preferred installment payment method (e.g., Klarna or PayPal) as your payment option.
  • Step 3: You will be redirected to the provider’s secure platform to complete a quick application and get an instant approval decision.
  • Step 4: Once approved, your order will be processed and shipped out just like a normal order!

3. Interest, Fees, and Credit Checks

Many of our installment plans (like Pay in 3) are 0% interest and fee-free as long as you pay on time. However, late payments may incur fees imposed by the payment provider. Univercycle-ebike does not charge any additional fees for using these services. Any credit checks or soft credit searches are performed directly by the payment provider, not by Univercycle-ebike.

4. Refunds on Installment Orders

If you choose to return your e-bike in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, we will process the refund to the payment provider (e.g., Klarna or PayPal). The provider will then automatically cancel any future scheduled payments and refund any amounts you have already paid to your original bank account or card. Please allow a few processing days for the provider to update your payment plan.

If you have questions regarding your specific payment plan, upcoming installments, or account details, please contact the customer support of the payment provider (Klarna/PayPal) directly, as we do not have access to your financial agreement.
